280 लाख करोड़ का सवाल है ...

भारतीय गरीब है लेकिन भारत देश कभी गरीब नहीं रहा"* ये कहना है स्विस बैंक के डाइरेक्टर का. स्विस बैंक के डाइरेक्टर ने यह भी कहा है कि भारत का लगभग 280 लाख करोड़ रुपये उनके स्विस बैंक में जमा है. ये रकम इतनी है कि भारत का आने वाले 30 सालों का बजट बिना टैक्स के बनाया जा सकता है.

या यूँ कहें कि 60 करोड़ रोजगार के अवसर दिए जा सकते है. या यूँ भी कह सकते है कि भारत के किसी भी गाँव से दिल्ली तक 4 लेन रोड बनाया जा सकता है.

ऐसा भी कह सकते है कि 500 से ज्यादा सामाजिक प्रोजेक्ट पूर्ण किये जा सकते है. ये रकम इतनी ज्यादा है कि अगर हर भारतीय को 2000 रुपये हर महीने भी दिए जाये तो 60 साल तक ख़त्म ना हो. यानी भारत को किसी वर्ल्ड बैंक से लोन लेने कि कोई जरुरत नहीं है. जरा सोचिये ... हमारे भ्रष्ट राजनेताओं और नोकरशाहों ने कैसे देश को लूटा है और ये लूट का सिलसिला अभी तक 2011 तक जारी है.

इस सिलसिले को अब रोकना बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी हो गया है. अंग्रेजो ने हमारे भारत पर करीब 200 सालो तक राज करके करीब 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये लूटा.

मगर आजादी के केवल 64 सालों में हमारे Hkz’Vkpkfj;ksa ने 280 लाख करोड़ लूटा है. एक तरफ 200 साल में 1 लाख करोड़ है और दूसरी तरफ केवल 64 सालों में 280 लाख करोड़ है. यानि हर साल लगभग 4.37 लाख करोड़, या हर महीने करीब 36 हजार करोड़ भारतीय मुद्रा स्विस बैंक में इन भ्रष्ट लोगों द्वारा जमा करवाई गई है.

भारत को किसी वर्ल्ड बैंक के लोन की कोई दरकार नहीं है. सोचो की कितना पैसा हमारे भ्रष्ट राजनेताओं और उच्च अधिकारीयों ने ब्लाक करके रखा हुआ है.

हमे भ्रस्ट राजनेताओं और भ्रष्ट अधिकारीयों के खिलाफ जाने का पूर्ण अधिकार है.हाल ही में हुवे घोटालों का आप सभी को पता ही है - CWG घोटाला, २ जी स्पेक्ट्रुम घोटाला , आदर्श होउसिंग घोटाला ... और ना जाने कौन कौन से घोटाले अभी उजागर होने वाले है ........

See how Lokpal Bill can curb the politicians, Circulate it to create awareness

Existing System System Proposed by civil society No politician or senior officer ever goes to jail despite huge evidence because Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) and CBI directly come under the government. Before starting investigation or initiating prosecution in any case, they have to take permission from the same bosses, against whom the case has to be investigated. Lokpal at centre and Lokayukta at state level will be independent bodies.

ACB and CBI will be merged into these bodies. They will have power to initiate investigations and prosecution against any officer or politician without needing anyone’s permission. Investigation should be completed within 1 year and trial to get over in next 1 year. Within two years, the corrupt should go to jail. No corrupt officer is dismissed from the job because Central Vigilance Commission, which is supposed to dismiss corrupt officers, is only an advisory body. Whenever it advises government to dismiss any senior corrupt officer, its advice is never implemented.

Lokpal and Lokayukta will have complete powers to order dismissal of a corrupt officer. CVC and all departmental vigilance will be merged into Lokpal and state vigilance will be merged into Lokayukta. No action is taken against corrupt judges because permission is required from the Chief Justice of India to even register an FIR against corrupt judges. Lokpal & Lokayukta shall have powers to investigate and prosecute any judge without needing anyone’s permission. Nowhere to go - People expose corruption but no action is taken on their complaints. Lokpal & Lokayukta will have to enquire into and hear every complaint.

There is so much corruption within CBI and vigilance departments. Their functioning is so secret that it encourages corruption within these agencies. All investigations in Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be transparent. After completion of investigation, all case records shall be open to public. Complaint against any staff of Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be enquired and punishment announced within two months.

Weak and corrupt people are appointed as heads of anti-corruption agencies. Politicians will have absolutely no say in selections of Chairperson and members of Lokpal & Lokayukta. Selections will take place through a transparent and public participatory process. Citizens face harassment in government offices.

Sometimes they are forced to pay bribes. One can only complaint to senior officers. No action is taken on complaints because senior officers also get their cut. Lokpal & Lokayukta will get public grievances resolved in time bound manner, impose a penalty of Rs 250 per day of delay to be deducted from the salary of guilty officer and award that amount as compensation to the aggrieved citizen.

Nothing in law to recover ill gotten wealth. A corrupt person can come out of jail and enjoy that money. Loss caused to the government due to corruption will be recovered from all accused. Small punishment for corruption- Punishment for corruption is minimum 6 months and maximum 7 years.

Enhanced punishment - The punishment would be minimum 5 years and maximum of life imprisonment. Dear All, Please go through the details carefully & try to be part of this mission against corruption.

Things to know about Anna Hazare and Lok pal Bill-:

1.Who is Anna Hazare?
An ex-army man(Unmarried). Fought 1965 Indo-Pak War.
2.What's so special about him?
He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra
3.This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills. In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village.

Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village.

4.This guy, Anna Hazare was awarded Padma Bhushan and is a known figure for his social activities.

5.He is supporting a cause, the amendment of a law to curb corruption in India.
6. How that can be possible?

He is advocating for a Bill, The Lok Pal Bill (The Citizen Ombudsman Bill), that will form an autonomous authority who will make politicians (ministers), bureaucrats (IAS/IPS) accountable for their deeds.

7. It's an entirely new thing right..?

In 1972, the bill was proposed by then Law minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan. Since then it has been neglected by the politicians and some are trying to change the bill to suit their theft (corruption).

8. Oh.. He is going on a hunger strike for that whole thing of passing a Bill ! How can that be possible in such a short span of time?

The first thing he is asking for is: the govt should come forward and announce that the bill is going to be passed.

Next, they make a joint committee to DRAFT the LOK PAL BILL. 50% government participation and 50% public participation. Bcoz u can't trust the govt entirely for making such a bill which does not suit them.

9.What will happen when this bill is passed?

A LokPal will be appointed at the centre. He will have an autonomous charge, say like the Election Commission of India. In each and every state, Lokayukta will be appointed. The job is to bring all alleged party to trial in case of corruptions within 1 year.

Our farmers are dying, to hell with the World Cup

Yes, you read it right; to hell with the World Cup; to hell with the celebrations; to hell with all the free land and money being showered by different governments on the players. How can I jump, scream, have gallons of beer and cheer for the nation when a few kilometres away the farmers and feeders of my country are taking their own lives in hordes?

Do you know that, on average, 47 farmers have been committing suicide every single day in the past 16 years in our shining India — the next economic power, progressive with nine per cent growth?

On March 5, Friday evening, when Bangalore's watering holes were getting filled up, when all the DJs were blaring out deafening music, when we were busy discussing India's chances at the World Cup, sitting in CCDs and Baristas — just 100 km away from Bangalore, Swamy Gowda and Vasanthamma, a young farmer couple, hanged themselves, leaving their three very young children to fend for themselves or, most likely, die of malnutrition.

Why did they do it? Were they fighting? No. Were they drunkards? No. Did they have incurable diseases? No! Then WHY? Because they were unable to repay a loan of Rs 80,000 (a working IT couple's one month salary? 2-3 months EMI?) for years, which had gradually increased to Rs. 1.2 lakh. Because they knew that now they would never be able to pay it back. Because they were hurt. Hurt by our government which announced a huge reduction in import duty for silk in this year's budget (from 30 per cent to 5 per cent).They were struggling silk farmers and instead of help from the government, they get this! Decrease in import duty means the markets will now be flooded with cheap Chinese silk (as everything else!) and our own farmers will be left in the lurch.

On average, 17,000 farmers have been committing suicide every year, for the past 15 years on the trot. Can you believe it? Most of us wouldn't know this fact. Why? Because, our great Indian media, the world's biggest media, are not interested in reporting this! Why? Because they are more interested in covering fashion week extravaganzas. They are more interested in ‘why team India was not practising when Pakistanis were sweating it out in stadium on the eve of the match?' They are more interested in Poonam Pandey.

The media are supposed to be the third eye of democracy and also called the fourth estate, but now they have become real estate. Pure business. So any attention from the media is out of the question. Who is left then?
The government? But we all know how it works. The other day, I was passing by Vidhan Soudha in Bangalore and happened to read the slogan written at the entrance, “Government work is god's work”. Now I know why our government has left all its work to god!

Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa announced plots for all the players. But land? In Bangalore? You must be kidding, Mr. C.M.. So he retracts and now wants to give money. But where will it come from? Taxes, yours and mine. Don't the poor farmers need the land or money more than those players who are already earning in crores?

A government-owned bank will give you loan at six per cent interest rate if you are buying a Mercedes but if a poor farmer wants to buy a tractor, do you know how much it is charging him? Fifteen per cent! Look at the depths
of inequality. Water is Rs. 15 a litre and a SIM card is for free! For how long can we bite the hand that is feeding us? The recent onion price fiasco was just a trailer. Picture abhi baaki hai doston!

In 2008, Lakme India fashion show venue was in a Mumbai five-star hotel and was covered by 500 journalists and the theme was ‘Cotton'. A few hours drive from there, cotton farmers were committing suicide, 4 or 5, everyday!
How many TV journalists covered this? Zero!

Sixty-seventy per cent of India's population is living on less than Rs. 20 a day. A bottle of Diet coke for us? The electricity used in a day-night match could help a farmer irrigate his fields for more than a few weeks! Do you know that loadshedding is also class dependent? Two hours in metros, 4 in towns and 8 in villages. Now, who needs electricity more? A farmer to look after his crop day and night, irrigate, pump water and use machines or a
few bored, young professionals with disposable incomes, to log on to Facebook and watch IPL?

How can we splurge thousands on our birthday parties and zoom past in our AC vehicles and sit in cushy chairs in our AC offices and plan a weekend trip to Coorg when on the way, in those small villages, just a few minutes' walk from the roads, someone might be consuming pesticide or hanging himself from a tree for just Rs.10,000? How can we?

There was much panic when there was swine flu. Every single death in the country was reported second by second, minute by minute. Why? Because it directly affected our salaried, ambitious, tech-savvy, middle-class. So there were masks, special relief centres, enquiry centres set up by government to please this section. On the other hand, 47 people are dying, every single day for the past 15 years. Anybody cared to do anything?

It has been observed that within months of a farmer taking his life, his wife follows, either by poisoning the kids first or leaving them on their own. In Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, a distressed woman farmer went to the
government seed shop, bought a bottle of pesticide, on credit, went home and drank it. She was under debt for most of her life and now — even her death was on credit!

Centuries ago, there was a Roman emperor, called Nero. He was a strong ruler and also very fond of parties, art, poetry, drinking and a life full of pleasures. Once he decided to organise a grand party and invited all poets,
writers, dancers, painters, artists, intellectuals and thinkers of society. Everybody was having a great time eating, drinking, laughing, and socialising. The party was at its peak when it started getting dark. Nero wanted the party to go on. So he ordered and got all the arrested criminals, who were in his jails, around the garden and put them on fire! Burnt them alive, so that there was enough light for the guests to keep on enjoying! The guests had a gala time though they knew the cost of their enjoyment. Now, what kind of conscience those guests had?

Nero's guests. What is happening in our country is not different from Nero's party. We, the middle-class-young-well-earning-mall-hopping-IPL-watching and celebrating-junta are Nero's guests enjoying at the cost of our farmers. Every budget favours the already rich. More exemptions are being given to them at the
cost of grabbing the land of our farmers in the name of SEZs, decrease in import duties in the name of neo-liberal policies, increase in the loan interest rates if the product is not worth lakhs and crores. Yes,
that's what we are, Nero's guests!

I'm not against celebrations. I'm not against cricket. I'm not against World Cup. I would be the first person to scream, celebrate and feel proud of any of India's achievements but, only if all fellow countrymen, farmers, villagers also stand with me and cheer; only if they do not take their own lives ruthlessly, only if there is no difference between interest rates for a Mercedes and a tractor. That would be the day I also zoom past on a bike, post-Indian win, with an Indian Flag in hand and screaming Bharat Mata Ki Jai. But no, not today. Not at the cost of my feeders. Until then, this is what I say. To hell with your malls. To hell with your IPL. To hell with
your World Cup. And to hell with your celebrations.

No Food No Water For 70 Years

A holy man in India claims that he didn’t eat or drink for 70 years. He claims to have been blessed by a goddess when he was 8-years-old, which has enabled him to survive without sustenance. But who is going to believe that right? Normally, people die within days if they didn’t eat or drink, how this person could survive all these years without essential minerals and water?

To test that claim, over 30 specialists and doctors in India put the holy man to test. The long-haired and bearded yogi is under 24-hour observation in the western Indian city of Ahmedabad. Two cameras have been set up in his room, while a mobile camera films him when he goes outside, guaranteeing round-the-clock observation.

Since the experiment began on April 22, Jani has had no food or water and has not been to the toilet. This tells us that the claim is correct, and this man has really some kind of un-natural power.

“The observation from this study may throw light on human survival without food and water,” said Dr. G. Ilavazahagan, who is directing the research. “This may help in working out strategies for survival during natural calamities, extreme stressful conditions and extra-terrestrial explorations like future missions to the Moon and Mars by the human race.”

This is still un-solved mystery, and the researchers are still evaluating Jani’s situation to learn more about how the body functions without food

प्रो.ओक. अपनी पुस्तक "TAJ MAHAL - THE TRUE STORY" द्वारा इस बात में विश्वास रखते हैं कि,-- सारा विश्व इस धोखे में है कि खूबसूरत इमारत ताजमहल को मुग़ल बादशाह शाहजहाँ ने बनवाया था.....

ओक कहते हैं कि......

ताजमहल प्रारम्भ से ही बेगम मुमताज का मकबरा न होकर,एक हिंदू प्राचीन शिव मन्दिर है जिसे तब तेजो महालय कहा जाता था.

अपने अनुसंधान के दौरान ओक ने खोजा कि इस शिव मन्दिर को शाहजहाँ ने जयपुर के महाराज जयसिंह से अवैध तरीके से छीन लिया था और इस पर अपना कब्ज़ा कर लिया था,, =>शाहजहाँ के दरबारी लेखक "मुल्ला अब्दुल हमीद लाहौरी "ने अपने "बादशाहनामा" में मुग़ल शासक बादशाह का सम्पूर्ण वृतांत 1000 से ज़्यादा पृष्ठों मे लिखा है,,जिसके खंड एक के पृष्ठ 402 और 403 पर इस बात का उल्लेख है कि, शाहजहाँ की बेगम मुमताज-उल-ज़मानी जिसे मृत्यु के बाद, बुरहानपुर मध्य प्रदेश में अस्थाई तौर पर दफना दिया गया था और इसके ०६ माह बाद,तारीख़ 15 ज़मदी-उल- अउवल दिन शुक्रवार,को अकबराबाद आगरा लाया गया फ़िर उसे महाराजा जयसिंह से लिए गए,आगरा में स्थित एक असाधारण रूप से सुंदर और शानदार भवन (इमारते आलीशान) मे पुनः दफनाया गया,लाहौरी के अनुसार राजा जयसिंह अपने पुरखों कि इस आली मंजिल से बेहद प्यार करते थे ,पर बादशाह के दबाव मे वह इसे देने के लिए तैयार हो गए थे. इस बात कि पुष्टि के लिए यहाँ ये बताना अत्यन्त आवश्यक है कि जयपुर के पूर्व महाराज के गुप्त संग्रह में वे दोनो आदेश अभी तक रक्खे हुए हैं जो शाहजहाँ द्वारा ताज भवन समर्पित करने के लिए राजा जयसिंह को दिए गए थे.......

=>यह सभी जानते हैं कि मुस्लिम शासकों के समय प्रायः मृत दरबारियों और राजघरानों के लोगों को दफनाने के लिए, छीनकर कब्जे में लिए गए मंदिरों और भवनों का प्रयोग किया जाता था , उदाहरनार्थ हुमायूँ, अकबर, एतमाउददौला और सफदर जंग ऐसे ही भवनों मे दफनाये गए हैं ....

=>प्रो. ओक कि खोज ताजमहल के नाम से प्रारम्भ होती है--------- ="महल" शब्द, अफगानिस्तान से लेकर अल्जीरिया तक किसी भी मुस्लिम देश में
भवनों के लिए प्रयोग नही किया जाता... यहाँ यह व्याख्या करना कि महल शब्द मुमताज महल से लिया गया है......वह कम से कम दो प्रकार से तर्कहीन है---------
पहला -----शाहजहाँ कि पत्नी का नाम मुमताज महल कभी नही था,,,बल्कि उसका नाम मुमताज-उल-ज़मानी था ... और दूसरा-----किसी भवन का नामकरण किसी महिला के नाम के आधार पर रखने के लिए केवल अन्तिम आधे भाग (ताज)का ही प्रयोग किया जाए और प्रथम अर्ध भाग (मुम) को छोड़ दिया जाए,,,यह समझ से परे है... प्रो.ओक दावा करते हैं कि,ताजमहल नाम तेजो महालय (भगवान शिव का महल) का बिगड़ा हुआ संस्करण है, साथ ही साथ ओक कहते हैं कि---- मुमताज और शाहजहाँ कि प्रेम कहानी,चापलूस इतिहासकारों की भयंकर भूल और लापरवाह पुरातत्वविदों की सफ़ाई से स्वयं गढ़ी गई कोरी अफवाह मात्र है क्योंकि शाहजहाँ के समय का कम से कम एक शासकीय अभिलेख इस प्रेम कहानी की पुष्टि नही करता है..... इसके अतिरिक्त बहुत से प्रमाण ओक के कथन का प्रत्यक्षतः समर्थन कर रहे हैं......तेजो महालय (ताजमहल) मुग़ल बादशाह के युग से पहले बना था और यह भगवान् शिव को समर्पित था तथा आगरा के राजपूतों द्वारा पूजा जाता था-----
==>न्यूयार्क के पुरातत्वविद प्रो. मर्विन मिलर ने ताज के यमुना की तरफ़ के दरवाजे की लकड़ी की कार्बन डेटिंग के आधार पर 1985 में यह सिद्ध किया कि यह दरवाजा सन् 1359 के आसपास अर्थात् शाहजहाँ के काल से लगभग 300 वर्ष पुराना है...
==>मुमताज कि मृत्यु जिस वर्ष (1631) में हुई थी उसी वर्ष के अंग्रेज भ्रमण कर्ता पीटर मुंडी का लेख भी इसका समर्थन करता है कि ताजमहल मुग़ल बादशाह के पहले का एक अति महत्वपूर्ण भवन था......
==>यूरोपियन यात्री जॉन अल्बर्ट मैनडेल्स्लो ने सन् 1638 (मुमताज कि मृत्यु के 07 साल बाद) में आगरा भ्रमण किया और इस शहर के सम्पूर्ण जीवन वृत्तांत का वर्णन किया,,परन्तु उसने ताज के बनने का कोई भी सन्दर्भ नही प्रस्तुत किया,जबकि भ्रांतियों मे यह कहा जाता है कि ताज का निर्माण कार्य 1631 से 1651 तक जोर शोर से चल रहा था......

प्रो. ओक. बहुत सी आकृतियों और शिल्प सम्बन्धी असंगताओं को इंगित करते हैं जो इस विश्वास का समर्थन करते हैं कि,ताजमहल विशाल मकबरा न होकर विशेषतः हिंदू शिव मन्दिर है.......

आज भी ताजमहल के बहुत से कमरे शाहजहाँ के काल से बंद पड़े हैं,जो आम जनता की पहुँच से परे हैं
प्रो. ओक., जोर देकर कहते हैं कि हिंदू मंदिरों में ही पूजा एवं धार्मिक संस्कारों के लिए भगवान् शिव की मूर्ति,त्रिशूल,कलश और ॐ आदि वस्तुएं प्रयोग की जाती हैं.......

==>ताज महल के सम्बन्ध में यह आम किवदंत्ती प्रचलित है कि ताजमहल के अन्दर मुमताज की कब्र पर सदैव बूँद बूँद कर पानी टपकता रहता है,, यदि यह सत्य है तो पूरे विश्व मे किसी किभी कब्र पर बूँद बूँद कर पानी नही टपकाया जाता,जबकि प्रत्येक हिंदू शिव मन्दिर में ही शिवलिंग पर बूँद बूँद कर पानी टपकाने की व्यवस्था की जाती है,फ़िर ताजमहल (मकबरे) में बूँद बूँद कर पानी टपकाने का क्या मतलब....????

राजनीतिक भर्त्सना के डर से इंदिरा सरकार ने ओक की सभी पुस्तकें स्टोर्स से वापस ले लीं थीं और इन पुस्तकों के प्रथम संस्करण को छापने वाले संपादकों को भयंकर परिणाम भुगत लेने की धमकियां भी दी गईं थीं....

प्रो. पी. एन. ओक के अनुसंधान को ग़लत या सिद्ध करने का केवल एक ही रास्ता है कि वर्तमान केन्द्र सरकार बंद कमरों को संयुक्त राष्ट्र के पर्यवेक्षण में खुलवाए, और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विशेषज्ञों को छानबीन करने दे .... ज़रा सोचिये....!!!!!!
कि यदि ओक का अनुसंधान पूर्णतयः सत्य है तो किसी देशी राजा के बनवाए गए संगमरमरी आकर्षण वाले खूबसूरत,शानदार एवं विश्व के महान आश्चर्यों में से एक भवन, "तेजो महालय" को बनवाने का श्रेय बाहर से आए मुग़ल बादशाह शाहजहाँ को क्यों......????? तथा...... इससे जुड़ी तमाम यादों का सम्बन्ध मुमताज-उल-ज़मानी से क्यों........???? ??? आंसू टपक रहे हैं, हवेली के बाम से,,,,,,,,
